Accommodations:

The IPGSA 2025 Organization Committee has made all efforts to keep the conference as affordable as possible to participants, including by offering affordable accommodations. To reduce costs, the official accommodations for IPGSA 2025 is the Summit Residence Hall, on the Colorado State University campus. This is the most cost-effective options for participants anywhere in Fort Collins, and we encourage you to choose these options, to reduce IPGSA costs. 

Summit Residence Hall
This option presents affordable, air-conditioned housing for attendees, at the Summit Residence Hall, a 14 minute flat walk from the conference site, or 5 minutes shuttle ride. More information on Summit Residence Hall HERE.

Rooms are available for Single or Double occupancy. Accommodations are suite style: in each suite, one single occupancy room shares a full bathroom with a double occupancy room. Rates are approximately US$138 per person, per night for single occupancy, and US$97 per person, per night for double occupancy. These rates include all fees, linens, towels and daily hot breakfast, as well as cafeteria dinner on June 28 (if you choose the 5-night package ). Rooms have free WI-FI and self-service laundry is available in the building. You can look at rooms and layout by clicking HERE. Due to Colorado State University rules and regulations we cannot accommodate guests, or any individuals under 18 years old.

Included in the Summit Residence Hall accommodations is also FREE PARKING for the duration of your stay. Parking spaces will be near the conference center, and electric car charging is available on campus.

Reservation packages for 5-night (June 28-July 3) or 4-night (June 29-July 3) stays are available.
