Abstract submission for IPGSA 2025 is CLOSED
Abstract submission is being handled by the Association of Applied Biologists (AAB). All abstracts have been received and all poster presenters and selected oral presentation speakers have been contacted.
Posters
Posters sizes will be a maximum of A0, which is 841 x 1199 mm, or 33.11 x 46.81 inches, in PORTRAIT orientation. Poster printing is NOT available on site. Poster set-up will be available starting Sunday June 29th. Odd-numbered posters will be presented on June 30th. Even-numbered posters will be presented on July 2nd. Posters can be setup on June 29th 1:00-6:00 pm or June 30th 8:00-9:00 am. Posters will be shown during the entire conference and should be removed by July 3rd 12pm. Push pins will be provided to hang posters on poster boards.
Talks
Plenary talks will be 30 minutes long, with approximately 25 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for questions. Invited concurrent talks will be 20 minutes long, with approximately 17 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for questions. Short talks will be 10 minutes long, with approximately 7 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for questions. Speakers will be required to upload their final slides using a flash drive, no later than 30 minutes before their talks, directly on the session computer in the room. The computers used for presentations will be PC computers. Please use PowerPoint and widescreen. No personal computers will be allowed for talks.
